Which shipping carrier do you use?

We ship with the USPS and Fed Ex.

 

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied, we will exchange or return for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).  Items in original condition may be exchanged within 30 days of the order date. Coffee, as it is a special and custom order, is NON-RETURNABLE unless you are dissatisfied with the quality.  Please contact us at customerservice@cafebrazilonline.com.

 

Is the Travel Mug dishwasher safe?

No, the Travel Mug needs to be hand-washed.

 

Are your t-shirts 100% cotton?

Yes, all our t-shirts are 100% cotton.

 

When is my order shipped?

All orders are processed on Tuesdays and shipped out on Wednesdays.  You will be contacted if an item is out of stock and shipment will be delayed.  All orders are shipped USPS unless expedited by customer.
